This role focuses on guiding senior stakeholders, shaping roadmaps, and delivering outcomes in dynamic industries. With 3+ years in consulting (Big 4) and an MBA, you’ll drive strategic initiatives, manage programs, and mentor peers while collaborating across Slalom’s

Qualifications

• 3+ years of big 4 consulting experience.
• Experience and demonstrated leadership in Business Strategy and Process Optimization.
• MBA required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and deliver the creation of enterprise-wide and/or business-unit-level strategies to demonstrate the what, why and how to deliver business outcomes.
• Direct the development of complex situation assessments for organizations in dynamic, ambiguous industries.
• Coach and lead team members through research and assessment activities, including data gathering, analysis, and data synthesis to provide a digestible narrative for clients.
• Provide perspectives on emerging trends and their impact on industry and client opportunities and challenges.
• Build capabilities of the client team to think and work together as Strategists through the strategy development process.
• Mentor and lead other Strategists to grow in their expertise and lead strategy communities.
