Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Corporate Strategist to join our Strategy team. We craft enterprise-wide and business-unit strategies to articulate the what, why, and how to deliver outcomes.

You will guide complex assessments, mentor Strategists, and shape client opportunities with insights on trends and execution roadmaps. You will help build client capabilities, lead programs, and drive value through strategic planning, process optimization, and executive communications across dynamic industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of big 4 consulting background.
• Experience and leadership in key areas of Business Strategy and Process Optimization including: Business and Growth Strategy Development, Financial, Business and Process Analysis, Competitive Research & Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Strategic Roadmap & Execution Plans, Executive Management & Communications, Continuous Process Improvement.
• MBA required

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and deliver enterprise-wide and/or business-unit strategies to demonstrate the what, why and how to deliver business outcomes.
• Direct the development of complex situation assessments for organizations in dynamic, ambiguous and innovative industries.
• Coach and lead team members through research and assessment activities, including data gathering, analysis, and data synthesis, to provide a digestible narrative to our customers.
• Provide perspectives on emerging trends and their impact on industry and client opportunities.
• Build capabilities of the client team to think and work together as Strategists.
• Mentor and lead other Strategists to grow in their expertise and lead strategy communities.
• Build project and program-level roadmaps that enable long-term client success.
• Provide process mapping guidance for the team and support complex portfolios.
• Understand and lead client outcome and deal strategies to drive solution details.
• Develop capabilities and solutions that align to our client’s Why.
