Job summary

Methode Electronics Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Strategy Analyst to support the development and execution of our global growth strategy.

This role will leverage market research, competitive intelligence, financial modeling, and data analytics to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights. You will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to translate complex data into clear recommendations that strengthen competitive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Data Analytics.
2+ years in Strategy, Corporate Development, Business Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
Strong understanding of forecasting, profitability analysis, and investment evaluation.
Advanced Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.
Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

Market intelligence & strategic analysis to identify growth opportunities and strategic implications.
Develop financial models, business cases, and market sizing analyses.
Create executive-ready reports, dashboards, and strategic storytelling materials.
Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering.
