Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business or MBA required.
• 10 years of relevant business experience.
• Prior active-duty military experience or defense contracting background preferred.
• Familiarity with government requirements for defense/aerospace contracts preferred.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow results across defense & aerospace segments/accounts aligned with Methode capabilities.
• Establishes defense & aerospace business development function and leads the team.
• Identify changes in defense procurement and build relationships with specifiers, contractors, producers.
