Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Strategy Analyst to support the development and execution of our global growth strategy. This role will leverage market research, competitive intelligence, financial modeling, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities, evaluate strategic investments, and provide actionable insights that inform business decisions. Working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and regional business leaders, the Strategy Analyst will transform complex internal and external data into clear recommendations that strengthen competitive positioning, drive profitable growth, and support long-term strategic objectives across the automotive and mobility landscape.

Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence & Strategic Analysis : Gather, validate, and analyze automotive market, customer, and industry data to identify trends, growth opportunities, market attractiveness, and strategic implications. Support development of "Where to Play" and "How to Win" recommendations across products, technologies, and end markets.
• Competitive & Industry Research: Monitor competitor activities, including product launches, technology developments, partnerships, and financial performance. Maintain competitive intelligence dashboards and provide insights on market positioning and emerging industry dynamics.
• Financial Modeling & Business Case Development: Build and maintain financial models to support market sizing, forecasting, profitability analysis, cost-benefit assessments, investment evaluations, and strategic business cases.
• Data Analytics & Insight Generation : Transform complex internal and external datasets into actionable insights through quantitative analysis, dashboard development, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Executive Communications & Strategic Storytelling: Develop executive‑ready presentations, reports, visualizations, and recommendations that effectively communicate findings, opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities to leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Emerging Technology & Special Projects: Conduct ad hoc research on automotive and mobility trends, including electrification, autonomous driving, connected vehicles, software‑defined vehicles, and other disruptive technologies. Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Strategy, Corporate Development, Business Analytics, Consulting, Finance, Market Research, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience in performing market analysis, competitive intelligence, financial modeling, and business case development.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, and investment evaluation.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including financial modeling, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics and visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Automotive, mobility, manufacturing, or technology industry experience preferred.
• Self‑starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
