Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of experience in top-tier management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end strategic growth initiatives and transformations.
• Experience leading large-scale business transformation programs with measurable P&L impact.
• Experience designing or deploying AI or advanced analytics solutions in a commercial context.
• Experience in consumer or B2B services; dealer or franchise models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize growth and value creation plans for the business unit.
• Lead strategic planning, including Long-Range Financial Plan and Strategy Deployment.
• Define and drive a multi-year AI roadmap aligned to growth priorities.
• Oversee Leadership Team cadence, governance, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure initiatives are funded, resourced, and measured with KPIs and TTIs.
• Represent the unit in internal and external AI forums and partnerships.
