Job summary

Life360 is seeking a strategy and corporate development practitioner to lead analyses shaping growth, international expansion, and potential acquisitions. You’ll frame questions, build models, and present recommendations to the VP of Corporate Development and the executive team.

You’ll also design AI agents to accelerate target analysis and support a lean team as it moves through live deals. This remote-first role offers scope to influence strategic decisions and career growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture, corporate development, or strategy at a high-growth tech company.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience building and deploying AI agents in workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead two strategic analyses from framing to recommendation.
• Identify and champion one international and one adjacent acquisition candidate.
• Develop AI agents to accelerate target analysis and reporting.
• Own key analytical workstreams on acquisitions, investments, and diligence.
