Life360 is seeking a Strategy & Corporate Development practitioner to guide growth through markets, adjacencies, and potential acquisitions. You’ll frame questions, build models, and present recommendations to the executive team, then monitor deals as they move forward.

You’ll also develop AI agents to augment a small, focused team focused on high-impact opportunities. The US-based salary range is $163,500 to $242,500, with total compensation including RSUs and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• You drive the work and deliver a clear recommendation.
• You build and deploy AI agents to improve workflows.
• You bring intellectual rigor with financial models and valuations.
• You work well with senior leaders and communicate clearly.
• Roughly 5–8 years in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture, corporate development, or strategy at a high-growth tech company.

• Identify and champion two acquisition candidates.
• Act as catalyst for building AI agents to accelerate work.
• Own analytical workstreams on live deals, including market sizing and valuations.
