Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales/Business/Marketing.
• 3–5 years of sales experience with proven success in prospecting and building new customer relationships.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, OEM sales, or tire and wheel industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue, gross profit, and market share through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing business.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, market research, networking, trade shows, customer visits, and relationship development.
• Own sales pipeline development and health, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities and conversion to revenue.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and support informed business decisions.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, customer information, forecasts, and pipeline reporting within company systems.
• Manage customer pricing and execute pricing strategies aligned with targets to drive competitive positioning and growth.
