Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe.
• Knowledge of Syspro or similar ERP software strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of tire and wheel industry desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports sales goals through quality customer service and maintaining relationships with accounts.
• Responds to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner.
• Calls and emails customers to meet and surpass sales goals.
• Provides pricing information and presents product/service options.
• Maintains up-to-date records for all customers and submits weekly activity reports.
