Job summary

FCM Consulting seeks a Travel Manager to serve as the primary contact for Outsourced Travel Resource clients, partnering with Consultants and Analysts to deliver strategic travel management solutions. You will lead initiatives across regional and global portfolios, driving traveler engagement, supplier performance, duty of care, and program metrics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of account management, consulting, and/or travel management experience.
• Experience navigating large organizations and complex stakeholder environments.
• Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs, and currencies.
• Experience with T&E reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Advanced MS Office/Excel capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong project management and cross-team coordination.
• Analytical mindset with multi-project capacity.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
• Reliable high-speed internet connectivity for core duties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for OTR clients and coordinate execution across internal teams.
• Lead global travel program consolidation and drive traveler adoption.
• Collaborate with sourcing to optimize supplier agreements and drive savings.
• Manage strategic sourcing activities including RFPs and supplier performance.
• Drive performance and utilization of preferred travel suppliers.
• Build and maintain client and supplier relationships.
• Promote traveler safety and duty of care programs and reporting.
• Coordinate incident response with client risk management and security.
• Develop stakeholder communications and engagement strategies.
• Support demand management and traveler behavior change initiatives.
• Improve small meetings management processes and spend optimization.
• Track travel program performance and benchmarking insights.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys and implement action plans.
• Contribute to an inclusive work environment.
