Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions seeks a Manager Logistics to oversee the efficient operation of accounts with P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, compliance, and safety. This role leads salaried and hourly staff, analyzes financials, and coordinates payroll and invoicing.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Three+ years in supply chain/logistics; two+ years leading direct reports.
• Excellent knowledge of transportation/warehouse logistics operations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage salaried and hourly staff, address performance issues and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs and expectations.
• Be responsible for payroll of employees.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L and provide reports to senior management.
• Oversee accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Conduct safety meetings and trainings; ensure safety regulations compliance.
