Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related field.
• 6+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 5+ years managing direct reports and large teams.
• P&L responsibility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve operational issues with LEAN initiatives to improve productivity.
• Manage customer accounts to meet metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure financial objectives are met and revenue grows for accounts.
• Supervise, develop and manage performance of assigned employees.
• Hire, train, supervise and coach/mentor direct reports.
• Maintain a proactive safety program aligned with company policy.
• Manage profit and loss statements for assigned accounts.
