Qualifications

• Experience managing vetted carrier pools and accessorial structures.
• Margin control and specialized/cross-border freight knowledge.
• 7 years of logistics experience required.
• Associate degree or equivalent professional training.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing carriers, confirming rates and compliance in Aljex.
• Dispatch and verify MacroPoint tracking prior to pickup.
• Schedule and update Open Dock pickup/delivery appointments.
• Track ETAs via MacroPoint and update Aljex milestones.
• Audit final carrier charges and resolve rate disputes before billing.
• Escalate capacity issues and communicate with management.
• Complete handovers to ensure seamless transfer of loads.
