Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive the future of the Worldwide Grocery Supply Chain. You will lead high-impact launches and retrofits across our industrial real estate portfolio, coordinating with Operations, Construction, Real Estate, and Design teams to bring new distribution centers from planning to operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional programs for grocery distribution center launches and retrofits.
• Lead end-to-end project execution for large industrial facilities with mech, electrical, and automation systems.
• Develop scalable processes for network-wide expansion to reduce ambiguity and churn.
• Coordinate readiness activities with Operations, Construction, Reliability & Maintenance Engineering, and Safety teams.
• Present project status, metrics, and recommendations to leadership and accelerate progress.
• Drive adoption of new processes and change management initiatives across diverse teams.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong organization and context-switching between tactical and strategic work.
• Travel up to 25% for on-site launches and stakeholder engagement.
