Job summary

Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Stores Growth & Development team seeks a Sr. Program Manager for Distribution Centers & Food Production to drive strategic programs across non-retail grocery operations.

You will lead initiatives from planning to execution, partnering with operations, finance, and engineering to improve throughput and standardize processes. You will influence senior leaders with data-driven insights, build multi-year roadmaps, and manage budgets up to $10M annually while ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program strategy for 5-10 concurrent initiatives across multiple facilities.
• Define objectives, success metrics, and allocate resources across units.
• Make trade‑off decisions between priorities with limited executive guidance.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps for operational capability development.
• Manage program budgets ranging from $1M-$10M annually.
• Design SOPs across 15+ industrial facilities and lead capacity planning.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional groups of 15-25 stakeholders from ops, supply chain, engineering, and finance.
