Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in development, marketing, communications/journalism, English or a related field.
• A minimum of three years experience cultivating programs in a nonprofit environment.
• Donor database systems (Blackbaud) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a stewardship and cultivation program for foundation and corporate donors.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward foundation and corporate gift prospects.
• Provide strategic leadership in designing and implementing requests to foundations and corporations.
• Oversee and manage appropriate frequency of outreach, appreciation, impact reporting and involvement of foundation and corporate relationships.
• Create and implement annual goals, objectives, and strategies for fundraising and assess progress toward goals.
• Coordinate production of materials communicating with foundation and corporate supporters.
