Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; 3-5 years related experience in development or equivalent.
• Familiarity with managing and growing a donor portfolio is required.
• Proficiency with Raiser's Edge and Microsoft Office Suite; local Philadelphia pro-networking is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends; travel locally and regionally as needed.

Aufgaben

• Oversee corporate membership program of 30+ organizations, including acquisitions, renewals, and benefit fulfillment.
• Manage over $800,000 in sponsorship fundraising for the Awards Ceremony and Dinner and coordinate sponsor logistics.
• Develop and implement corporate sponsorship opportunities across exhibitions and educational programs; support on-site activations.
• Coordinate donor communications, reports, and stewardship with senior leadership and volunteers.
