SOS Children's Villages USA is seeking an Interim Grant Writer to join the Programs & Partnerships Team, focusing on international programs and innovative initiatives. You will research opportunities, craft proposals, and help secure multi-year funding from foundations and corporate partners to support children worldwide.

This temporary, full-time role runs Nov 2026–Mar 2027, with a salary of $25,000–$30,000 for the assignment (about $60,000–$72,000 annually) and a generous benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or above preferred in Communications, Journalism, Non-Profit Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of successful grant writing, prospect research, and six- to seven-figure funding.
• Compelling writing skills, ability to produce succinct summaries and stories.
• Include a fundraising writing example with your application.
• Knowledge of donor market tools (Instrumentl) and international research.
• Ability to self-manage in a fully remote work setting with strong planning.

Responsabilidades

• Writes and submits grant proposals, SOIs, LOIs, concept notes and full proposals.
• Researches, identifies, and campaigns for grant applications and donors.
• Manages funder search platforms and updates the pipeline weekly.
• Demonstrates expertise engaging foundation and corporate prospects, leveraging contacts.
• Coordinates with teams to gather technical inputs for proposals.
• Uses AI to streamline prospect research and proposal workflows.
• Supports systems improvement ideas and process optimization.
