Job summary

Oklahoma State University—Stillwater Campus is seeking a Manager of Grant Financial Reporting & Accounting to lead grant financial reporting, ensure audit readiness, and oversee compliance across multiple campuses. The role focuses on coordinating schedules, data integrity, and governance for sponsored programs.

The position requires a CPA or equivalent certification, extensive grant accounting experience, and strong leadership to drive accurate reporting and timely audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or conferred by start date.
• 7 years of grant/contract financial management experience with two years supervisory.
• Experience in financial reporting, audit coordination, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual financial compliance audit workpapers and SEFA coordination.
• Coordinate external/internal desk reviews and grant expenditure reviews across campuses.
• Develop and evaluate monthly, quarterly, annual grant reporting processes.
• Lead data analysis and reporting initiatives for grants.
• Manage departmental budget reporting and shared services invoicing with Langston University.
• Supervise grant accounting staff and oversee Langston University grant/contract program via OSU/Langston agreement.
