Job summary

Oklahoma State University – OSU-Stillwater is seeking a Contracts Compliance Manager to conduct compliance reviews of time and materials contracts and other sponsored program agreements, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and award terms.

The role provides leadership in pre-award activities, including proposal review for budget accuracy and cost allowability, and oversight of contract administration, invoicing and financial reporting. Certifications in CPA and/or RAC are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or related field; seven years of progressively responsible experience in grant/contract financial management with two years of supervisory experience.
• Master's in Accounting or related field preferred; CPA or RAC certifications advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, audit standards, and fund accounting; familiarity with federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review time and materials contracts and other sponsored agreements for compliance with regulations and award terms.
• Lead pre-award activities including budget reviews and cost allowability assessments.
• Oversee contract administration, invoicing, financial reporting, and audits of disbursements.
