Guidehouse is seeking a Consultant to lead complex program and project management activities for public sector clients. You will manage workstreams, develop integrated project plans, and facilitate client decision-making to advance client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of management consulting, project management, program management, or related professional services experience.
• Experience supporting government or commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex program and project management activities for public sector clients.
• Develop and monitor integrated project plans, dashboards, and status reports.
• Coordinate client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews; document decisions and actions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for project communications and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze project data and KPIs to identify trends and recommend improvements.
