Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead complex program and project management activities for public sector clients in a hybrid Washington, DC area setting. The role involves managing workstreams, developing integrated plans, and ensuring timely, within‑budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of management or program management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach junior staff in a fast‑paced environment.

Formación

• Five or more years of management/ program/ project management experience supporting government or commercial clients.
• Experience leading project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to facilitate client meetings, workshops, and interviews, drive discussions, and document outcomes.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication for executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams).
• Hybrid role requiring onsite presence at client locations in the Washington DC area up to 3–4 days a week.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to deliver client initiatives on time and within budget.
• Develop, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, milestones, dashboards, and status reports.
• Coordinate client meetings, workshops, and interviews; document decisions and action items.
• Serve as trusted advisor and primary point of contact for project communications.
• Lead development of high‑quality client deliverables meeting requirements and quality standards.
• Analyze project data and KPIs to identify trends and recommend actions.
• Propose improvements to processes, tooling, workflows to boost efficiency and transparency.
• Coach junior staff and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
