Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Program Manager to act as the overall lead and single point of accountability for contractor work under a federal contract. The role requires excellent planning, budgeting, staffing, and quality oversight across multiple projects and tasks.

You will serve as the primary Government interface, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely and compliant delivery, while maintaining professional standards and program integrity.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance (federal or DoD) required.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or closely related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing multi-project/multi-task contracts.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• DAWIA Program Management Advanced–level certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the overall program lead and single point of accountability for all contractor work under the contract.
• Plan, budget, staff, ensure quality control, and oversee performance.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing; monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Serve as the primary Government interface and Key Personnel.
