Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead complex program and project management activities for public sector clients. In this role, you will manage workstreams, develop and monitor integrated project plans, facilitate client decision-making, anticipate and address delivery risks, and produce high-quality deliverables that advance client objectives.

The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and capable of coaching junior team members in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus

Qualifications

• Five years of management consulting or program management experience.
• Experience supporting government or commercial clients.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal/Public Trust clearance.
• Proven track record leading multi-workstream programs and meetings.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex program and project management activities for public sector clients.
• Develop and monitor integrated project plans, dashboards, and status reports.
• Facilitate client decision-making and drive accountability across teams.
• Coach junior staff and promote knowledge sharing in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and implement practical process improvements.
