Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support pricing and proposal activities across the organization. Reporting to the Pricing Manager, this role develops competitive and compliant pricing solutions for government proposals and task orders.

Hybrid work model with the Chantilly, VA office. You will build cost models, conduct market research, analyze labor and salary data, and prepare pricing narratives while collaborating with Business Development, Contracts, Finance, and Operations to

Qualifications

• Understanding of the full lifecycle of RFPs and Task Orders.
• Experience with government proposals and pricing activities preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and pricing tools.

Responsibilities

• Review solicitation pricing requirements, labor categories, wage determinations, escalation and other cost factors.
• Develop cost models and pricing narratives explaining assumptions and methodologies.
• Provide labor category mapping, direct labor pricing, and indirect rate application.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and teaming partners for pricing information.
• Conduct market research on labor rates, salary surveys, and pricing trends.
• Provide competitive analysis to support Price to Win (PTW) strategies.
• Analyze historical pricing data and help develop pricing assumptions.
• Ensure proposals comply with applicable regulations and requirements.
• Identify potential pricing risks and escalate concerns to management.
