Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support pricing and proposals across the organization.

You will develop competitive, compliant pricing solutions for government contracts, reporting to the Pricing Manager. The role involves building cost models, researching labor data, and collaborating with BD, Contracts, Finance, HR, and Operations to align pricing with customer requirements and corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business/Finance/Economics/Mathematics).
• 2–5 years of pricing, finance, proposals, contracts, or government contracting experience.
• Experience supporting federal government proposals and pricing activities preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship required; travel or on-site support in Northern Virginia may be required.

Responsibilities

• Review solicitation pricing requirements, labor categories, wage determinations, escalation, and other cost factors for compliant pricing.
• Develop cost models and pricing narratives explaining assumptions and methodologies.
• Provide labor category mapping, direct labor pricing, and indirect rate application.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to collect pricing information for timely proposals.
• Conduct market research on labor rates, salary surveys, escalation factors, and industry pricing trends.
• Provide competitive analysis and research to support Price to Win strategies.
• Analyze historical pricing data to inform pricing assumptions and recommendations.
• Ensure proposals comply with applicable regulations and identify pricing risks.
