Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Legal Counsel to support its Frontier Systems Division, focusing on the full spectrum of United States government contracts from Washington, DC or Costa Mesa, CA. You will advise on proposals, data rights and contract structures, and work with customers, outside counsel, and business partners to support growth and legal operations.

The role requires navigating complex procurement rules with a startup mindset and contributing across IP, compliance and employment matters

Qualifications

4+ years of work on US Government contracts matters, preferably with a law firm or in-house at a government contractor.
The government procurement process knowledge, including contract vehicles and data rights issues.
Ability to own multiple projects end-to-end in a fast-growth startup environment.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Willingness to learn across IP, litigation, compliance, and employment law.

Responsibilities

Be a key member of Anduril’s legal team handling government contracts and related negotiations.
Drive new government contracts and grow existing ones, advising on procurement and data rights.
Manage relationships with government procurement offices and external counsel.
Oversee acquisitions lifecycle: proposals, negotiations, and compliance across laws and policies.
Negotiate licenses and services agreements, handle IP, compliance, and employment matters.
