Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Legal Counsel-International to support our international government and commercial businesses. You will negotiate hardware, software, and services agreements, manage cross-border terms, and partner with Global Defense, ITAR/EAR compliance, and FP&A teams across APAC and the Americas.

You will travel monthly, with a focus on international procurement, government contracts, and complex compliance matters to deploy our path-making technology with U.S. allies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work on international commercial contracting and/or international government/defense contracts, defense trade, or U.S. government contracts matters.
• Strong ability to structure and negotiate cross-border agreements and familiarity with DCS and FMS structures.
• Ability to own multiple deals end-to-end, with risk-aware decision making.

Responsibilities

• Drive international contracts and support BD, proposals, and engineering teams to capture new work.
• Review, redline, and negotiate international terms and conditions, including master agreements and T&Cs.
• Manage relationships with foreign government ministries of defense and contracting offices.
• Provide day‑to‑day management of acquisitions lifecycle and ensure compliance.
