Qualifications

• 4+ years of US Government contracts experience, preferably with a law firm or government contractor.
• Solid understanding of the government procurement process and contract vehicles.
• Ability to own multiple projects end-to-end and guide cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of Anduril’s small, dynamic Legal Team.
• Drive government contracts growth and manage existing ones, advising on procurement to capture and follow-on opportunities.
• Manage relationships with Government procurement offices with high-trust professional relationships.
• Provide day-to-day acquisitions lifecycle management, lead negotiations, and ensure compliance.
• Handle licenses, bid protests, IP, compliance, and employment matters; coordinate with outside counsel.
