Anduril Industries is seeking a Legal Counsel-International based in Seattle to support international government and commercial contracts, including cross-border software, hardware, and data rights, and to own terms and redlines end-to-end.

You will collaborate with the Global Defense and Deal teams, manage relationships with foreign ministries, ensure ITAR/DFARS compliance, and drive negotiations from proposal through execution, including licensing and offset obligations, with travel about 1

Qualifications

• 3+ years in international commercial contracting and/or government defense contracts.
• Ability to structure cross-border agreements with governing law and Incoterms.
• Licensed to practice law in CA or eligible to register as in-house counsel.

Responsabilités

• Review and negotiate international terms and conditions for licenses, hardware, and services.
• Manage relationships with foreign defense ministries and procurement offices.
• Advise on ITAR/EAR/sanctions and compliance with IT systems.
• Collaborate with business development, program teams, and external counsel.
