• Experience soliciting business; selling, closing, servicing, and structuring customized financial services.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service in managing a client portfolio.

• Independent thinker and self-starter with accountability for meeting budgeted goals.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Strong financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients is critical
• Strategic business plan development and active market coverage for prospective clients
• Driving new client acquisition, generating new revenue (margin and fee), and raising market awareness per the strategic sales plan
• Qualifying and referring Treasury Management products and coordinating RFP responses
• Utilizes the Government Banking Support team to drive new business and serve client needs
• New business through aggressive client calling, meeting activity targets and participation in trade shows annually
