Visions Federal Credit Union is seeking a Governance & Strategy Coordinator to work with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. In this hands-on, highly visible role, you will help move governance, planning and organizational initiatives forward, coordinating meetings, materials, and follow-up.

Based on-site at our Saddle Brook, NJ office or Endwell, NY, this full-time opportunity offers a 40-hour workweek, a compensation range of $28.00-$36.50 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and executive support for organizational priorities by coordinating calendars, meetings, communications, travel, agendas, minutes, presentations, records, and follow‑up.
• Support Board governance and volunteer leadership by preparing materials, tracking schedules and deadlines, coordinating education and conferences, and maintaining alignment with policies and bylaws.
• Coordinate strategic planning activities, reports, dashboards, documentation, and communications across the organization.
