Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union is seeking a Governance & Strategy Coordinator to partner with executive leadership and volunteer boards to advance governance, strategic planning, and organization-wide initiatives.

In this on-site role, you will coordinate meetings, travel, materials, and follow-up, maintain alignment with bylaws, and help translate strategic priorities into actionable plans while building relationships across teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience providing administrative, governance, project coordination, or strategic planning support.
• Experience using data reporting tools and dashboards to communicate information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Discretion, confidentiality, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, agendas, minutes, and follow-up for organizational priorities.
• Support Board governance and volunteer leadership with materials, schedules, and policy alignment.
• Coordinate strategic planning activities, reports, dashboards, and action items.
• Research industry and governance trends and present insights to leadership.
• Track budgets, reconcile expenses, and support cross-functional projects.
