Fortune Fish & Gourmet is seeking a Sales Consultant to build strong, profitable relationships with chefs, restaurateurs, hospitality professionals, and retailers in Riverside, MO. You will promote premium seafood and gourmet products, tailor solutions, and drive revenue with exceptional service.

Key duties include developing new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, coordinating with product, logistics, and finance teams, and delivering compelling proposals to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience in perishable food products; seafood experience preferred.
• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts preferred, or 3+ years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new business opportunities through networking and consultative sales approaches.
• Manage and expand existing accounts by building trust and providing customized product solutions.
• Collaborate with chefs, restaurant owners, and other stakeholders to exceed expectations and meet business goals.
• Represent and promote premium seafood and gourmet products; stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics.
• Partner with product, purchasing, and operations teams to align inventory with customer demands and ensure timely deliveries.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and organize daily activities for follow-ups and proposals.
