Job summary

Langham Logistics Inc. seeks a Strategic Account Representative – Level 2 to independently manage GMP-regulated life sciences accounts and serve as the primary liaison between clients and regulated logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations.

You will drive service excellence, compliance adherence, and proactive issue resolution while coordinating with QA, Regulatory, and Transportation teams to maintain audit-ready operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5–7+ years of customer service, account management, or operations experience.
• Prior experience supporting GMP regulated clients strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• GMP Account Ownership: be the dedicated contact for strategic life sciences customers and own account health.
• Regulated Operations Liaison: coordinate with QA, Validation, Transportation, and Regulatory teams to resolve deviations.
• GMP & Quality Compliance Support: ensure GMP, GDP, FDA standards compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Reporting, Documentation & Communication: lead performance reviews, show KPIs and maintain audit-ready records.
• Customer Education & Issue Resolution: advise customers on regulated logistics best practices and resolve quality events.
