Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years of customer service experience.
• Expert knowledge of GMP/GDP logistics in Life Sciences.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationships for high-profile GMP Life Sciences customers and serve as primary governance contact.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of escalated or compliance-driven issues.
• Ensure GMP/GDP warehousing and distribution compliance and audit readiness.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with customer leadership.
• Educate customers on validated GMP-compliant solutions and value creation.
• Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships through compliant service models.
