S&C Electric Company seeks a Manager - Global Trade Compliance & Logistics to lead inbound/outbound logistics, drive global trade compliance, and optimize performance across regions. The role oversees transportation, carrier partnerships, order fulfillment, and regulatory adherence to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of materials to sites and customers.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in import/export or global trade, plus 5+ years in leadership within a Supply & Logistics function.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Strong understanding of international trade laws and compliance requirements
• Experience leading a supply chain or logistics function and teams
• Proficiency with ERP/TMS and data analytics tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement outbound logistics strategies for scalable growth
• Lead and mentor a high-performing supply & logistics team
• Manage carrier relationships and optimize pricing and capacity
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations across regions
• Create KPIs, dashboards, and budgets to drive continuous improvements
• Provide training on import/export processes and regulatory changes
