Job summary

Everpure seeks a Director of Logistics and Trade Compliance to architect and safeguard its global supply chain across the US, Europe, and Asia. You will own end-to-end logistics performance and balance cost, speed, and carrier accountability from Santa Clara, CA office.

You will drive market expansion, implement IOR/EOR playbooks, mitigate tariff risks with Tax and Compliance, and lead cross-functional governance. This is a senior, global-role with data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience directing multi-regional logistics networks and freight spend at enterprise scale.
• Deep knowledge of import/export regulations, customs classification, and IOR/EOR.
• Strong collaboration with Tax, Legal and Compliance teams to mitigate tariff risks.
• Proficient in supply chain analytics, KPI scorecards and ERP/MRP/GTM systems.
• Willingness to work from the Santa Clara, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional logistics execution, capacity planning and mode design.
• Execute compliant import/export, customs and sanctions workflows.
• Deploy IOR/EOR playbooks for multi-country market expansion.
• Build governance with Tax, Legal and Compliance to align policy and execution.
• Implement Lean, GTM tooling and real-time KPI dashboards.
