Carpenter Technology Corporation is seeking a Global Logistics Manager to lead the development and execution of our global transportation, distribution, and logistics strategy. You will guide domestic and international freight operations, optimize the logistics network, manage carriers, and mitigate supply chain risk to improve service and reduce costs.

The role partners with Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and external providers to ensure regulatory compliance,

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 7 years of managerial, supervisory, or Carpenter experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of managerial, supervisory, or Carpenter experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet reliability measures.
• Lead logistics network optimization and cost-control initiatives.
• Manage domestic and international freight operations and carrier relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, manufacturing, procurement and finance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy.
