Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience across industries.
• Sourcing independently and creatively beyond LinkedIn.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful and solution-oriented.
• Strong work ethic, urgency, adaptability and prioritization goodness.
• High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Passionate about people with proactive problem solving and delivery.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and accept feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and candidate profiles; lead intake meetings and validate requisitions.
• Align sourcing plans with business goals and collaborate with sourcing teams to build strong talent pipelines.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and delivery of high-quality shortlists.
• Provide market insights (e.g., talent trends, compensation benchmarks) to inform hiring decisions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage relationships through offers and negotiations.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
