Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions.
• Experience sourcing independently and creatively beyond LinkedIn.
• Ability to translate business needs into hiring strategy and candidate profiles.
• Strong work ethic, urgency, adaptability, and prioritization.
• High integrity and discretion with confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and candidate profiles; lead intake meetings and validate requisitions.
• Align sourcing plans with business goals and build strong talent pipelines with sourcing teams.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and delivering high-quality shortlists.
• Provide market insights on talent trends and compensation benchmarks to inform decisions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage relationships through offers and negotiations.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
