Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; master's degree is preferred.
• Executive-level experience leading talent management in a global organization with measurable impact.
• Experience applying psychometrics and analytics to talent, leadership, and development decisions.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise talent strategy and alignment with business growth and capability.
• Contribute as a member of EPLT to shape direction, priorities, and effectiveness of People function.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Global Talent Management Team to influence enterprise talent outcomes.
• Establish clear talent frameworks, governance, and adoption across planning, succession, performance, development, mobility, and insights.
• Translate business plans into workforce capability and strategic workforce planning priorities using talent insights.
• Enable internal mobility and readiness for strategic needs to grow internal talent.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
