Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the global Talent Management Team.
Establish talent frameworks, governance, and adoption across planning, succession, performance, development, mobility, and insights.
Advise leaders on critical roles, succession risks, readiness, and capability sourcing.
Translate business plans into workforce capability and strategic planning priorities.
Partner across People to embed aligned talent practices.
