Job summary

GHD is seeking a Global Talent Management Leader to transform and drive our enterprise talent strategy across the organization. You will lead the Talent Management Team, shape frameworks, and partner with executives to align workforce capability with growth priorities.

In this role, you will translate business plans into talent priorities, use workforce data to inform decisions, and build succession, leadership readiness, and internal mobility across regions. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Executive-level experience leading talent management or related People disciplines in a global organization.
• Ability to connect business strategy to workforce capability, succession depth, leadership readiness, and talent investment decisions.
• Experience applying psychometric assessment insights to talent, leadership, succession, and development decisions.

Responsibilities

• Shape GHD's enterprise talent management strategy, aligning talent priorities with business growth, workforce capability, succession depth, leadership readiness, internal talent development.
• Contribute as a member of the EPLT, partnering with colleagues to shape the direction, priorities, and effectiveness of the broader People function.
• Lead, coach, and develop the global Talent Management Team, driving clarity and focus to influence enterprise talent outcomes.
• Establish talent frameworks, governance, and adoption across planning, succession, performance, development, mobility, and insights.
• Translate business plans into workforce capability and strategic planning priorities using talent insights to advise leaders on critical roles and readiness.
