Job summary

GHD is seeking a Global Talent Management Leader to transform and drive enterprise talent strategy across the organization. You will report to the EPLT and partner with People and business leaders to align talent priorities with growth, readiness, and internal development, using data and insights to shape decisions and investments.

You will lead the global Talent Management Team, embed talent frameworks, and ensure consistent approaches across regions, building visibility into talent risks,

Qualifications

• Executive-level experience leading talent management in a global organization.
• Ability to connect business strategy to workforce capability, succession depth and leadership readiness.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change leadership with data-driven insights.
• Experience applying psychometric assessment insights to talent decisions.
• Experience using enterprise talent management technology, preferably Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities

• Shape GHD's enterprise talent management strategy, aligning talent priorities with business growth and workforce capability.
• Lead, coach, and develop the global Talent Management Team.
• Establish clear talent frameworks, governance, and adoption across planning, succession, performance, development, mobility, and talent insights.
• Translate business plans into workforce capability and strategic workforce planning priorities.
• Enable development from within by increasing talent visibility, career pathways, internal mobility, and readiness for strategic needs.
• Partner across the People ecosystem to embed talent practices that are clear and consistent.
