Job summary

GHD is seeking a Global Talent Management Leader to transform our enterprise talent strategy and lead the global Talent Management Team. As part of the EPLT, you will align priorities with business growth and workforce capability.

Qualifications

• Executive-level experience leading talent management or related People disciplines in a complex, global organization.
• Ability to connect business strategy to workforce capability, succession depth, leadership readiness, and talent investment decisions.
• Strong business acumen, executive influence, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership, with data-informed decision making.
• Experience applying psychometric assessment insights to talent, leadership, succession, and development decisions.
• Experience using enterprise talent management technology, preferably Oracle HCM, to support insights and decisions.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred; experience in professional services or engineering sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape GHD’s enterprise talent management strategy, aligning talent priorities with growth, capability, succession, leadership readiness, and internal mobility.
• Contribute as a member of the Executive People Leadership Team (EPLT) to shape direction and effectiveness of the People function.
• Lead, coach, and develop the global Talent Management Team to influence outcomes and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Establish clear talent frameworks, governance, and adoption across planning, succession, performance, development, mobility, and insights.
• Translate business plans into workforce capability priorities and advise leaders on critical roles, skills, risks, and development opportunities.
• Enable internal development by increasing visibility and readiness for strategic needs, supporting growth and mobility at GHD.
• Partner across the People ecosystem to embed talent practices that are clear, connected to business needs, and improve decisions.
