Qualifications

• Executive-level experience leading talent management in a global organization.
• Ability to connect business strategy to workforce capability, succession depth, leadership readiness, and talent investment decisions.
• Experience using psychometric assessment insights to talent, leadership, succession, and development decisions.

Responsibilities

• Shape GHD's enterprise talent management strategy, aligning talent priorities with business growth and workforce capability.
• Lead the global Talent Management Team, guiding the team to influence enterprise talent outcomes.
• Establish talent frameworks, governance, and adoption approaches across planning, succession, performance, development, mobility, and insights.
• Translate business plans into workforce capability and strategic planning priorities using talent insights to advise leaders.
• Increase talent visibility and internal mobility to meet strategic needs and growth.
