Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, MBA preferred.
• 5+ years managing complex, large projects or programs.
• International project management experience preferred.
• Experience with contracts, change orders, and cost control.
• Strong communication and leadership in a matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages global contracts for HRSG projects.
• Liaises with customers to sustain relationships during contract execution.
• Develops and enforces project quality plans and schedules.
• Identifies risks and manages budget, forecast, and cash flow.
• Oversees supplier evaluation, selection, and contract terms.
• Coordinates field activities through commissioning and closeout.
• Handles NCRs, RFIs, and SDR-related resolutions with stakeholders.
