Vogt Power International Inc. in Louisville, KY seeks a Procurement Specialist to drive the successful execution of all purchase orders on assigned projects, overseeing supplier delivery, contract terms, and dispute resolution.

The role covers supplier selection, RFQ development, subcontract management, and coordination with logistics to meet schedule milestones, ensuring approved sources and accurate documents.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business or equivalent experience.
• Five years of steel fabrication procurement experience.
• Strong communication skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience managing subcontracts or procurement activities for projects.
• Must be well-organized with time management skills and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Manage supplier agreements and changes to scope, pricing, and delivery.
• Develop RFQs and evaluate subcontractor quotations to meet price, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Ensure suppliers are approved sources and handle documentation and terms.
• Coordinate with Logistics for shipping milestones and delivery schedules.
• Provide SCM support aligned with corporate objectives and attend team meetings.
